3. Have a Focus
Just as you shouldn’t say too much on your card, you need to know exactly what you are saying. Are you promoting a product or service, sending out a coupon, or offer a reminder? You want your customers to know why you sent this card within a few seconds of looking at it.
Remember to include a clear direct message, all of the important contact or event information, and don’t forget a call to action. A simple task your customer can do such as coming in to your store, reserving a space online, or buying a ticket.
