It has been a busy summer for us at cutpasteandprint. If you’ve stopped in to our shop lately you would immediately know that something is up. We have been moving things around, re-organizing, and re-arranging our floor in order to get our shop in shape for some new digital printing and web endeavors.
What kind of endeavors you ask? Well, to start with we’ve just begun a massive upgrade to all of our digital printing equipment. In June we inked a deal with Konica Minolta to begin using their digital production equipment. This will transform both the black and white and full-color digital offerings we can provide our customers.
These machines allow us to offer our customers a number of new digital printing products and services. First and foremost these machines are faster than our previous models and include a number of pre-press improvements. This lets us operate faster and more efficiently than ever before. Also, we now have the ability to digitally print full-color envelopes right in our own shop, allowing for smaller, quicker, and more cost effective runs of envelopes for our customers. There are also a number of other improvements, from available paper stocks and sizes to unique items that we look forward to begin providing our customers in the coming months.
Online Changes
In addition, we’ve begun a number of upgrades to our online presence. This includes massive changes to our website. Improved mobile access to our website. Along with improvements to our private print portal websites for business customers. We have also begun work on a retail portal that will allow customers to sign on and order a selection of digital printing products right from their computer or mobile device. We will start rolling out these improvements in the coming months. Stay tuned for details.
These changes are just a part of our continuing goal to improve our offerings, and provide more to our customers. This doesn’t just apply to technology, but also to sourcing new papers and materials. We are also expanding our contacts in the printing world, and finding new and innovative products to help you promote your organization in print.
